The Beginning - Couch to 5K

This group is designed for those who are new to running, have taken a break or those returning from injury. No previous running experience is needed. These sessions will be alternating periods of walking and jogging.

Following the Couch to 5K principles, we will help you develop your running form and technique, whilst building your running stamina.

Meeting point for the Couch to 5K is by the Walsall Arboretum Information Centre as per image below.
