This fantastic 3-month course is perfect for beginners or those looking to ease back into running. With the support of our experienced run leaders and the encouragement of a friendly and welcoming community, you'll build confidence, stamina, and fitness week by week.

• Start Date: 7th September to 23rd November 2026

• Duration: 3 months

• Sessions: Every Monday at 17:50

• Cost: £12 (upfront)
